Suggested use
Adults take 2 capsules in the morning or with lunch, or as directed by physician.
Cautions
Contains Phenylalanine. Do not use if you have Phenylketonuria (PKU). If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any prescriptions medications or have Parkinson’s disease, consult with a physician before using this product. Use of DLPhenylalanine should be limited to less than 2 grams per day.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

If you have Parkinson's disease, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. If you have phenylketonuria, do not use. If you have bipolar or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. Do not take this product if you are taking antipsychotic drugs, levodopa, non-selective monoamine inhibitors, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or any other antidepressants which increase serotonin synaptic concentrations. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
