Suggested Use
Adults: To help maintain/support cardiovascular health: Take 2-3 capsules per day with food. To help reduce serum triglycerides: Take 3 capsules per day with food. To help reduce serum triglycerides, use for a minimum of 6 weeks to see beneficial effects. To help promote healthy mood balance: Take 1-2 capsules per day with food. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
PLEASE NOTE: Even though Ultra EPA contains orange flavour, it should not be chewed as the lipase can cause burning of the throat. This is a high potency product providing a high dose of EPA for the conditions listed above. You would need to take at least 10x the amount of Krill oil capsules to get the same amount of EFA. It is much easier to take 3 capsules vs. 30!
