Catnip and Fennel is a synergistic combination of two time-honoured herbs which primarily support the digestive and nervous systems. Catnip is a source of vitamins A, C and B-complex and also contains magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, sodium and a trace of sulphur. Fennel contains potassium, sulphur and sodium.

Recommended Use

Children take 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) three times daily with water; adults take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) three times daily with water.

Shake vigorously before using.
