This Mushroom Super Food is an equal blend of: Red Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), Coriolus (Coriolus versicolor) and Maitake (Grifola frondosa).

Many people like to use a blend of mushroom both for taste and function as a Super Food. These mushrooms have been used as teas and soups and as Super Foods in the Orient and Russia for centuries. By incorporating it as a blend it is felt that the additive effect is stronger than the sum of the individual mushrooms.

This mushroom blend can be made into an instant tea by adding hot water to ½ to 1 tsp. (depending on strength desired) of mushroom powder.
