Specialized in the sale of organic herbs and spices, we negotiate directly with growers around the globe. Our fine herbs and spices are all from organic growers who care about the quality of their products.
Cultivating smaller surfaces, these growers use methods that have greater respect for the environment.
In addition to refusing to use chemicals (herbicides, pesticides, chemical fertilizers…), organic farmers also make sure to balance the soil by rotating their crops and using compost, allowing the plants to develop an exceptionally rich aroma and flavour. Buying the crop directly from the grower guarantees superior freshness.Non-irradiated or fumigated, our plants are alive. The results are surprising to someone who has never tasted these herbs and spices. They are much richer, more balanced with more subtle aromas and more pronounced flavours.
Some of the herb growers we work with are local. We appreciate the high quality of their products and their know-how. Our spices come from the four corners of the world. Organic certification (required in all cases) and the control of business practices (supported by fair trade certification whenever possible) ensures that these herbs and spices were cultivated and harvested with respect for workers and communities, which is extremely important to us.
