Ingredients:
Whorled mallow (Malva verticillata) 100% natural. 100% natural figwort 2.8 g per sachet.

Utilisation suggérée
Oral dosage: Adults: infuse 1 sachet per day.
Manual : Pour 3 cups (750 mL) of boiling water over the bag and steep for 10 to 30 minutes. Remove the bag and drink. Start with small amounts, ½ cup to 1 cup per day, for a few days. Thereafter, adjust the dose to 1 to 3 cups per day, as needed. If the infusion is drunk several times, it can be stored in the refrigerator. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or health products. Allow 6 to 12 hours before you see laxative effects.

If symptoms persist or worsen; before using this product if you suffer from fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever; before using this product if you have kidney problems, or if you are taking heart medications such as cardiac glycosides or anti-arrhythmics; before using this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or any other drug or health product that may worsen the imbalance in electrolyte levels. Reduce the dose or stop using it if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and / or diarrhea.
- Contraindications: Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, existing or potential bowel obstruction, sluggish bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known adverse reaction: Hypersensitivity (eg, allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use.
