Recommended for :
The World Health Organization recommends consuming between 1.1 and 1.6 g of omega-3 daily, for both men and women. Several clinical studies have proved the benefits to the cardiovascular system of omega-3. A natural tangerine-lime flavour has been added to the softgels to reduce fishy aftertaste.

Health Canada recommends that pregnant women limit their consumption of fish to once a week, in order to reduce the risks of heavy metal contamination, resorting instead to supplements to meet their daily nutritional needs. DHA is critically important for proper brain, eye and nerve development in the fetus. For people taking anticoagulants, a daily dosage of 3,000mg of omega-3s may interact with their medication. This product provides 500mg per softgel and is thus safe at the recommended dosage of 3 softgels daily.
Dosage :
Adults : take one softgel 1 to 3 times daily before a meal. **
