Directions
Black radish is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to help treat digestive disturbances and dyspepsia. Stimulates the liver to increase bile flow (choleretic).
Dosage (adults)
Drink one ampoule per day with a small glass of water, preferably before breakfast. May also be used when needed after heavy meals.

Characteristics
Black radish is a large elongated root with black skin and a white flesh with a sharp flavour. It contains many sulphurous organic elements and numerous minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron). Sulphur is one of the most abundant macro-elements of the organism and helps with the detoxification process as well as with cellular respiration. The reputation of Black radish for the relief of digestive problems has long been recognized: it stimulates the flow of bile and its discharge from the system, as well as increasing intestinal peristalsis to help digestion.
Artichoke is used traditionally for the relief of digestive troubles such as dyspepsia (flatulence, bloating, discomfort) and to stimulate bile secretion (choleretic).
