Recommended use
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for the relief of digestive problems and dyspepsia.
Dosage (Adults):
One ampoule per day with a small glass of water, preferably in the morning, for a 20-day program. It may also be used as needed, after heavy meals.

Characteristics
Black radish is a large elongated root with black skin and a white flesh with a sharp flavour. It contains many sulphurous organic elements and numerous minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron).
The reputation of Black radish for the relief of digestive problems has long been recognized: it stimulates the flow of bile and its discharge from the system, as well as increasing intestinal peristalsis to help digestion.
