Designed with a high concentration ofLactobacillus acidophilus, this formula ensures that your body has adequate amounts of this important probiotic strain. L. acidophilus produces enzymes that help you digest proteins, carbohydrates and fats. This bacterial strain also produces lactic acid, which supports the gastrointestinal and immune systems. It can be found in yogurt and other dairy products, but it is available in higher concentrations in supplement form.
Why do we need probiotic supplements?
While most people assume they have a healthy intestinal tract, lifestyle and environmental factors can compromise the digestive system. This allows undesirable bacteria to take hold and cause problems. Such factors may include poor eating habits, chlorinated drinking water, stress, the use of antibiotics in food production and medical treatments, and a number of other factors, including health problems and simply aging, which can greatly reduce the number of friendly bacteria in the body.

Recommended dose
Children (1-3 years): Dissolve 1/4 c. tsp (1 g) in infant formula or other liquid and administered 1-3 times a day.

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive disorders (diarrhea. P. Former) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
